A brand new luxury south facing, 4 bedroomed villa at Calabay Parc at Tower Lake, situated just 17 minutes south of Walt Disney World just off highway 27. It is just 4 minutes from Walmart and adjacent to 2 first class golf courses. All other attractions in the Orlando area and Busch Gardens in Tampa are easily accessible from the I 4 which is just 5 minutes from the villa
The accommodation briefly comprises of;
• Master bedroom with King sized bed, full ensuite facilities, TV and with direct access to lanai
• Master bedroom with Queen sized bed, full ensuite facilities, TV and with direct access to lanai
• Two twin bedrooms with a shared bathroom
• Spacious Family room with large TV, DVD, music centre, large sofa bed, a 2 seater love seat and a large arm chair
• Den with TV and large sofa bed
• Fully equipped kitchen, including an up graded refrigerator and cooker, microwave, dishwasher and with a breakfast nook
• Laundry room with both washer and dryer
• Games room
• Large extended south facing pool deck with luxury patio furniture. There is a spa pool for added enjoyment. We also have a pool bath. Optional pool heating is available if required.
